FAQs

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please plan to be seated no later than 3:30 PM.

We want everyone to celebrate safely! We will be providing shuttle service to and from our recommended hotels and the wedding venue.
We are currently finalizing the exact pickup and drop-off schedule. Please check back here closer to our wedding date for the full itinerary!

Since it’s in the summer and the event begins in the afternoon, the day will be hot and sunny. We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration, so lightweight clothing is recommended—and don’t forget to join us on the dance floor.

As much as we love the little ones, this will be an adult event so that the evening can be fun and worry-free for everyone, including you. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free night.

On the main strip of Valle de Guadalupe, we recommend exploring a few of the signature wineries like Monte Xanic, Adobe Guadalupe, and Cuatro Cuatros. Each offers unique experiences—from premium tastings and vineyard walks to cliffside sunset views. If you’d like something more modern, El Cielo and Vena Cava are excellent options. We suggest booking ahead, wearing lightweight clothing since afternoons can be hot, and planning to enjoy the food pairings and panoramic views along the Ruta del Vino.

Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Please join us in cocktail attire—think sun-ready and sophisticated.

Attire: Lightweight suits, cocktail dresses. Ladies, think “daytime chic” & “evening elegant”. A polished look that’s easy to move around in. Gents, think middle ground between a casual office look and a formal tuxedo. Ties are optional.

Note: The ceremony will be in direct sunlight, so feel free to wear your stylish shades.

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate additional guest who are formally invited. When you RSVP, the website will show if a plus one has been included with your invitation. If you are unsure, please reach out to the bride or groom for clarification.

We kindly ask to have an unplugged ceremony (No phones and cameras.) The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Please RSVP by May 10, 2026. We need to provide our final headcount on May 11st, so it’s never too early to RSVP. If you’re reading this, go ahead and do it now!
If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll sadly have to assume you can’t make it and you will be removed from the guest list.
